The blue connector on the IDE cable is connected to the motherboard, you’ve tried to use both the twisted a7v8, and the “untwisted” connected to connect the floppy drive?

Thats not true, it will support 4x cards also. Hope this helps a bit. Sometimes with Agp video cards, you have to push really hard to get them viedo seat.
